Social Gathering

Where: Space Park Leicester (the conference venue)

When: Wednesday, 6:00–7:30 pm

What: The Scientific Organising Committee (SOC) and Local Organising Committee (LOC) would like to invite all delegates to a social gathering immediately following the conclusion of the New Results in X-ray Astronomy meeting. Refreshments and drinks will be provided. Attendance is free of charge and all delegates are welcome.

Conference Dinner

Where: Kayal Restaurant, Leicester city centre (within walking distance of the train station)

When: Wednesday, 8:00 pm

What: The SOC and LOC are pleased to invite delegates to the Conference Dinner at Kayal, one of Leicester's most highly regarded restaurants, offering an authentic dining experience in the heart of the city.

The Conference Dinner will feature the Lantern Party buffet menu, which includes soup, starters, mains, sides, and desserts for £37.95 per person (drinks not included). Guests with special dietary requirements will be offered table service with a tailored order. (Please note: the "Seafood Soup" is not vegetarian, despite the (v) shown below! The Chilli Paneer, Cheera Parippu*, Kathrika Curry*, Spicy Potatoes*, and the sides are vegetarian. *=vegan)
